About Us - The Buckeye Wildlife Solutions NW Team

At Buckeye Wildlife Solutions NW, we’re continually modernizing and growing our team, using the latest bat exclusion and attic sanitation technologies and high-end materials to ensure safe, reliable, and quality service now and in the future. We are fortunate to have talented and motivated employees who share our devotion to our customers, environment, and the communities we serve.

Since we often remove contaminated materials from homes and businesses and use decontaminants to sanitize structures infested by bats and wildlife, the Bat Removal Toledo Ohio team is committed to meeting high environmental stewardship standards in the communities served and to conducting business that prevents adverse environmental impact.

The Northwest Fleet

We have three trucks in the Northwest fleet, and we are growing. Plus, when the going gets tough, we have the Buckeye Wildlife Solutions team outside of the Northwest fleet to lend a hand.

I'm 35 and from Fremont, Ohio. I attended Hocking college for my Associate's degree in wildlife management and received my bachelor's in Wildlife Science from the University of Rio Grande in 2012. I've been in the outdoors my whole life, hunting, fishing, and trapping. I worked several different jobs growing up. My first job was on a farm, which I still frequent to this day. I worked construction on and off during my working career. Before starting this business, I worked at Fremont City Schools for 7 years, which taught me people skills, cleaning, time management, people management, and several other things that help me with this job today.

Kelly, my wife, is 35 and from Fremont as well. She attended Bowling Green State University and majored in psychology. She loves to hunt, fish, and cook. When she's not answering calls for the business she's usually working on her crafts. She makes custom wreaths and other items for people. She has her own side business called Distinctive Merriments.

Blake Smith is 25 and he's from Clyde, Ohio. He is a graduate from Hocking with a Wildlife Management degree. He loves to hunt and fish but is also an avid go cart racer. Blake is my right-hand man and will hopefully be running the crew in a few years.

Chris was excellent. We had a raccoon in our attic and I called a few places for quotes. Chris answered when I called, explained everything to me, and his schedule was very flexible. He was able to come out the same week to lay the trap and the raccoon was caught that same night. After he confirmed there were no more animals in my attic, he surveyed the (very hot) attic space and sealed up the obvious entry points. He was also able to provide the services to clean, disinfect, and lay new insulation. His team came in and completed the work very quickly and professionally. And even removed some yellow jackets that were plaguing my back yard. I would definitely recommend Buckeye Wildlife.

" 'Twas 6 AM Wednesday and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. Way up in my closet, there arose such a clatter, that I rose from my bed to see what was the matter. And what did my sleepy red eyes did I see, but a bushy-tailed squirrel staring straight down at me. Quick as a cat, I snatched up a broom and chased the rodent all over the room. Unable to catch him I reached for my phone and decided I needed to call in a pro. A short time later, Buckeye Wildlife came, caught the flying squirrel, and took him away!' Yes, folks, that’s a true story. I called them at 7:15 in the morning and left a message. They returned my call immediately. They were able to free someone to come over right away. They were upfront about their pricing. After catching the critter, Blake investigated the house to determine how the squirrel got in. He also checked the attic for any signs of infestation. Needless to say, I recommend these guys."
